The Issues

  • Secure and Control Our Borders NOW!

    The United States Border must be secured immediately. Narcotics, arms and human trafficking have a devastating effect on our nation. By using every available resource to achieve 100% border security and control, we will enhance our protection of all Americans, especially border residents. The United States must continue to build fences, use manned aerial, land and sea protection, military drones and most importantly increase law enforcement’s presence on the border. There is no greater war to fight than the one continuing to grow on our home-front. Each part of the border will be examined and protected accordingly. Furthermore, we must seek to identify and remove those involved with narcotics, arms and human trafficking. Securing the border will bring safety and security for Americans along the border and throughout our nation.

  • Deportation of criminals, drug dealers, gang members and human traffickers

    The United States must end the practice of “catch and release” under which dangerous criminals here illegally are caught by law enforcement, but quickly returned to society.

    When someone is here illegally and proves to be dangerous to society, there should be procedures to remove them from the United States as rapidly as possible. The U.S. also must improve its international relations in order to improve our removal and extradition policies and practices to ensure that these criminals face severe prison terms when they are returned to their home country.

  • Revamp Current Visa Process and Create An Efficient, Effective
    “Temporary Worker Program”

    Currently, hardworking foreign talent and investors are finding it increasingly more difficult to enter and temporarily stay in our country. America needs a 21st century visa program that works! We need a program that will be respected by not only foreign talent and investors, but also those who seek the American Dream through skilled and unskilled labor. Without such a program, American employers will be left without enough qualified workers in the U.S., creating an environment that promotes illegal activity.

    By revamping the current visa process we will attract and legally allow foreign talent, foreign investors and skilled/unskilled labor into our country which provides us with the ability to strengthen our economy. Currently, these visas have continued to become more and more difficult to obtain. By improving and streamlining the visa process, we will ensure that eligible foreign talent, foreign capital and skilled/unskilled labor will not be denied an opportunity to invest in America or be denied the opportunity to help our country’s economy!

    In addition to improving the process of our visa system, we will improve the technology of U.S. identification documents. The black market for fraudulent identification documents, including green cards, visas, Employment Authorization Documents and U.S. Passports is growing larger every day. America is fighting a multi-million dollar industry that will not end unless the U.S. vastly improves the technology behind these documents.

    The United States must implement tamper-proof, biometric identification documents.  Every visitor, conditional resident and permanent resident should be carrying a document that cannot be falsely duplicated or altered. The documents will be easily identifiable by the government and potential employers. Unlike today’s employer verification process, this program will allow both employers and government agencies to be equipped with a simple fraud-check system based on a Biometrics Identification Card scanning process.

    Finally, this program will incorporate a “Temporary Worker Program” designed to bring skilled and unskilled labor workers into the country for a temporary period of time. This program will tailor to every diverse and rich area of this country. Most importantly, this program will require employers to participate in the labor certification process, and to verify that there are not any U.S. workers currently available to take the job. Other program requirements will include:

  • Full background checks on all applicants;

  • Applicants will only be able to work for employers that deduct and match all payroll taxes;

  • Applicants and/or Employers must prove that they can afford and secure private health insurance;

  • Applicants must waive any and all rights to apply for financial assistance from Social Security, Medicare/ Medicaid, Welfare, Food Stamps or any other entitlement programs;

  • Must show a proficiency in the English language and complete an American civic class within a 24 month period;

  • All applicants would be required to apply for and receive their individual Provisional Worker Biometric Identification Card from The Department of Homeland Security.  The continuing renewal applications should require updates for all address changes and both civil and criminal court appearances as a defendant.

  • Modernize the United States Social Security Card

    The U.S. Social Security Card has not been changed since 1936! We support the improvement of the U.S. Social Security Card to use contemporary anti-counterfeit technology so it cannot be counterfeited. The U.S. Social Security Card will not be considered a National ID card for any U.S. citizens.

  • Affirm that all U.S. employers only hire employees with a Legal Status

    We believe that employers around the nation should be equipped with the proper software system to confirm the hiring of legally authorized workers. This could easily be done by outsourcing the management of this anti-fraud software with U.S. credit card companies such as American Express, VISA and Mastercard. These private-sector firms have a proven track of being a sophisticated manager of anti-fraud systems and proudly promote that they have a fraud rate that is less than one tenth of one percent. America’s next employer verification process will enable employers to quickly scan any hired foreign employee’s Biometric Identification Card and determine whether they have hired a legally authorized worker or have scanned a false document. This 21st century system will help ensure that American employers are following the rule of law with their hiring decisions.
